To accommodate this huge turn out, the town of Berwyn actually closes down a section of the original Route 66 (now called Ogden Ave.), Which happens to run right through the middle of Berwyn ... It’s a perfect location, and setting, for their celebration of America’s mother road ... Route 66 ... Of course trying to cover an event of this size in a one hour show is virtually impossible ... as a matter of fact we couldn’t do it with 4 or 5 shows, what with all the bands, vendors and attractions ... in addition to the cars ... You HAVE to go in person to really take everything in ... On the other hand, we CAN show you a little more with two shows than we can with one.
